The Healthcare Kiosk is designed for easy use by your patients while offering an advanced payment solution for your clinic. Upon arrival, the patients register themselves at the machine. Following a consultation, patients can conveniently choose to pay using Vipps or a credit/debit card directly at the kiosk. Alternatively, they can opt for an invoice for deferred payment, generated on the spot by the machine. Your clinic retains control over the types of credit and debit cards accepted, including facilitating contactless payments. In the event a patient leaves without completing payment, an invoice is promptly dispatched by mail.
User friendly and automation are the keywords. Our solution is fully automated, you only need to fill up on the receipt paper when you are notified via SMS or email. All reconciliations from Vipps, invoices, and card payments are seamlessly processed directly into your clinic’s bank account. The Clinic Portal efficiently compiles all payment transactions, delivering daily reconciliations and weekly turnover reports via email.

Instant Vipps settlements
If your medical office does not wish to have a payment terminal, we can now offer MicroPay. It is our own mobile solution where the patient receives an SMS with a link for payment. After the medical consultation, the patient is sent a Vipps payment request. If the patient does not pay this Vipps request within 5 minutes, an SMS is sent with the following message: “You have just had a consultation, click here to pay within 48 hours to avoid a invoice fee of 10 NOK.”
The patient then receives this message and can choose to pay using Vipps or a credit/debit card.
